1. How many toothbrushes can this sterilizer sterilize?

The card slot in the sterilizer has three sizes, which can be compatible with ordinary toothbrushes and various electric toothbrushes. A total of 3 toothbrushes can be placed to meet the needs of a family of three.

2. How long can this sterilizer be used once it is fully charged?

It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge each time, and it can be used for about 20 days after charging.

3. Is this sterilizer waterproof?

The body of the sterilizer is not waterproof. If it is dirty, you can remove it from the rack and wipe it with a damp cloth. The card slot rack in the sterilization box can be removed and rinsed with water.

4. Will the sterilizer fall when installed on the wall?

We use 3M glue, which has a strong adhesive force and can bear a maximum load of 5KG, so we usually prevent the toothbrush from falling off. If you are not at ease, you can put the sterilizer on the wall two hours after the hanging board is hung on the wall.

5. When should I charge the sterilizer?

When the prompt light in the lower right corner flashes red, the power of the sterilizer is lower than 20%, and it is time to charge the sterilizer.

6. How to charge the sterilizer?

Remove the sterilizer from the hanging plate and plug it into the USB charging port that is connected to the power supply. During the charging process, there will be a white breathing light to indicate that it is charging. After about 2.5 hours, if the green light is on, it means that the battery is fully charged.

7. Does the sterilizer need to be cleaned frequently?

After the sterilizer is installed, it is generally not recommended to clean it frequently. If you really want to clean it, you can remove it from the rack and wipe it with a damp cloth.

8. Will the ultraviolet light in the sterilizer hurt my eyes?

There are two lights in the sterilizer, one is a blue light, indicating that the sterilizer is in the process of disinfection, and the other is a UVC-LED ultraviolet light for daily sterilization. Because it is built into the inside, and the outer shell and transparent plastic parts can well isolate UVC, it will not cause damage to human eyes during normal daily use. Nevertheless, it is necessary to remind not to get too close or deliberately observe the LED lights inside.

9. Can the sterilizer be used to sterilize other than toothbrushes?

The card slot in the sterilizer has three sizes. In addition to the toothbrush, it is also suitable for hanging some models of razors.

10. How many minutes can the sterilizer sterilize each time?

Hang on the wall, the sterilizer will automatically sterilize every 6 hours, and each sterilization time is 2 minutes. Pull the rope once, the sterilizer will turn on and enter a 5-minute sterilization state, and become a standby state after sterilization is completed. When the sterilizer is removed from the wall, the sterilizer will automatically shut down.
