  1. General Provisions and Subject Matter

1.1. These rules (hereinafter - Rules) are established to ensure your (hereinafter - Buyer) and the online store https://oclean.co.uk/ (hereinafter - Store) rights, and to define the obligations and responsibilities of both parties. 1.2. The Rules apply when the Buyer uses the Store's services, places orders for goods or services offered by the Store, makes payments for orders, provides personal data, reads the information available in the Store, and performs any other actions (collectively referred to as Services). 1.3. The Rules are considered a contract (hereinafter - Contract) between the Buyer and the administrator of the online store https://oclean.co.uk/ UAB vaistinė "Hiperfarma" (hereinafter - Seller), company code 300869774, VAT code: LT100003248017, address: Totorių g. 3, Kaunas, phone: +37068244113, email: serviceeurope@oclean.com. 1.4. By clicking the "Pay" button when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have carefully read all the Rules, understood their content, and agree unconditionally with all provisions of the Rules and commit to comply with them. If the Buyer does not agree to comply unconditionally with all obligations established in these Rules or does not understand the content of the Rules, the Buyer does not have the right to use the Store's services. 1.5. The Store reserves the right to change the Rules at any time. The version of the Rules applicable to the Buyer is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

  1. Moment of Purchase-Sale Contract

2.1. The purchase-sale contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a basket of goods in the online store, indicated the delivery address, chosen the payment method, and familiarized themselves with these Rules, orders the goods, and remains in effect until the full performance of obligations under this contract. If the Buyer does not agree with all or any part of the Rules, they must not place an order.

  1. Purchase and Account Registration Process

To order and purchase products from https://oclean.co.uk/ and use the website's services, create a user account. The account creation button requires filling in the requested data necessary for order fulfillment. The account will be created after filling in the order form for the first time and familiarizing yourself with the rules of https://oclean.co.uk/. During registration, provide your email address, which will be used to log in to the account and to contact you regarding orders. A password must be provided during registration, which will be used to log in to the account. https://oclean.co.uk/ is not responsible for any damage caused to the Buyer by not ensuring the security of their account or disclosing their password to others. One Buyer can register only once and have only one account. Account registration at https://oclean.co.uk/ is free. You can delete your account by informing via email at serviceeurope@oclean.com.

  1. Prices of Goods and Services

4.1. All prices of services provided are published in the online Store and are valid only for those ordering in the online store. 4.2. The Seller has the right to change the prices of goods sold in the online store at any time. 4.3. The order price, which the Buyer undertakes to pay to the Seller, is indicated in the "Order Summary" section above the chosen payment method.

  1. Order Execution Terms

5.1. Order execution (shipment) terms are calculated in business days. 5.2. Goods are delivered within 6-10 business days from the receipt of payment for the ordered goods, or the paid amount for the item not available will be refunded if the Buyer mistakenly purchased such an item.

  1. Payment and Purchase Documents

6.1. The Store integrates the "Paysera" payment system, allowing convenient payments for orders through the most popular Lithuanian banks as well as credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and PayPal. 6.2. All information related to the order and its payment is sent to the Buyer via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

  1. Order Delivery

7.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the order to the place chosen by the Buyer. 7.2. When forming an order, the Buyer specifies the delivery address. The Seller informs the Buyer about the order delivery via the email provided by the Buyer and publishes information about the order status in the online Store, in the "Delivery" section. 7.3. The Buyer chooses the delivery method themselves. 7.3.1. Orders are delivered via DPD or FedEx courier services. If delivery is impossible due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances dependent on the Buyer, the goods are not re-sent (except when the Buyer pays additionally for re-delivery). Unclaimed orders are returned to the Seller. Re-delivery of unclaimed orders is not carried out.

  1. Cancellation or Modification of Purchase-Sale Contract

8.1. Changing the order conditions or canceling the order, when the order has not yet been shipped, is possible by informing via email at serviceeurope@oclean.com. If a written request for order cancellation is not received, the order will continue to be processed and shipped.

  1. Responsibility

9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the order and assumes responsibility for all consequences arising from the inaccuracy of the provided information. 9.2. The Seller's civil liability for damages (losses) is applicable only in cases where they were caused by the Seller or its employees' intent or gross negligence. 9.3. The amount of damages that the Seller is obliged to compensate is limited to the price of the goods ordered by the Buyer. 9.4. The Seller does not compensate for indirect damages (lost income, etc.). 9.5. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions in the online store's operations due to malfunctions in systems owned by third parties, communication networks, stations, or disruptions in the provision of services by third parties used by the online store. 9.6. The Seller undertakes to make all efforts to ensure the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the online store and to respect the Buyer's privacy. The Buyer's personal data is processed only in accordance with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. 9.7. The Seller undertakes to comply with all requirements assumed in these Rules.

  1. Complaint Handling Procedure

10.1. To file a complaint about a possibly incorrectly executed order, the Buyer must contact via email at serviceeurope@oclean.com, indicating the order number and briefly describing the essence of the complaint. 10.2. The Seller must examine the Buyer's request free of charge and, if they do not agree with the Buyer's claims, must provide a detailed written response to the applicant no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's request, unless other laws or European Union legal acts provide otherwise. Responses to complaints are provided to Buyers by email.

  1. Return Conditions

11.1. Some colors or shades may differ from the real ones due to lighting during product photography or the characteristics of the Buyer's monitor, for which the Seller is not responsible. 11.2. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 30 calendar days from the moment of receipt. 11.3. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, in the original packaging with all accompanying documents and labels, and the plastic sealing film must be intact. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs duties and taxes. 11.3.1. Before returning, contact to obtain a detailed return address. Once your return request is accepted, additional information will be sent. The Buyer covers the return costs if the product is without defects. Oclean provides a 2-year warranty. Upon receiving the order, inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to assess and resolve the issue. 11.4. To return goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller via email at serviceeurope@oclean.com. The Seller undertakes to provide return instructions within 5 business days. 11.5. Return costs are the Buyer's responsibility unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. 11.6. Return address - Totorių g. 3, Kaunas LT44237, Lithuania. 11.7. Money will be refunded within 5-7 business days from the return of the goods. Refunds are made to the same account from which the order was paid.

  1. Final Provisions

12.1. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. 12.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to relations arising based on these rules. 12.3. If the Buyer does not agree to comply unconditionally with all obligations established in these Rules or does not understand the content of the Rules, the Buyer does not have the right to use the Store's services. 12.4. All disputes arising from the execution of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Rules are valid from May 22, 2024.
