1. The time on my toothbrush is displayed incorrectly?

Oclean has updated our UI to enhance the experience of the toothbrush's function, the latest firmware update can be found on the Oclean App, please download and upgrade your UI to the latest version, thanks.

2. How do I update the firmware of my toothbrush?

First, please log in to Oclean App, and in the "about me" section, select my device and scroll down to the bottom. Select firmware upgrade and then choose the upgrade that's available, then tap the right top corner icon to confirm the upgrade. It will connect to the toothbrush automatically and begin update.

3. I've seen on YouTube video/review articles/marketing material that it has time on the interface of the product, but mine's time is missing.

4. What's the capacity of the battery and how long does charging take?

The battery capacity for the X Pro Elite is 800mAh, it takes approximately 3.5 hours to a single full charge.

5. How do I know if the battery needs charging?

Hi, when the battery level is below 20%, the touch screen on the toothbrush will display a low battery animation and the motor will vibrate at the same time to remind you to charge the toothbrush.

6. How do I charge the battery?

Please charge the X Pro Elite using official wireless charger from Oclean, before charging, please install the silicon protector on the surface of the wireless charge and place the toothbrush on instructed location of the charger. Whilst charging, the touchscreen will display the progress in percentage, and once the display shows 100%, please remove the toothbrush as it will preserve the integrity of the battery.

7. Why it is not charging?

1. please check if the wireless charger is connected properly
2. please check if the toothbrush is placed correctly
3. no substance are in between the charger and the base of the toothbrush
4. Check the temperature of the charger of the toothbrush（the charger stops charging when reaching the protected temperature level
5. please check if the charger can charge other wireless product, and if the toothbrush can be charge via other wireless charger
